Let us forgive Oliseh and move on

Since when the home based Super Eagles crashed out of the chan 2016 tournament some people have been clamoring for the Head of the Super Eagles coach Sunday Oliseh especially after he released that youtube video which I will like to call ‘’A moment of madness’’. Thank God he has apologized.
I don’t think firing the coach will do the country any good I think we should give him more time moreover the main aim of the Chan Tournament is to give the homebased players some exposure so they can develop into better players.
In the past we have fired so many coaches yet we have made very little improvement each time we fire a coach it’s like we keep going around the same circle because any new coach who comes in will like to build the Team around his own set of players, set his own rules and ideology etc and all this takes time.r
To be honest I was not in support of his appointment as a replacement for Stephen Keshi because I felt he should have been appointed to work as an Assistant to Keshi since he doesn’t have much experience as a coach that is in the past now, we have to move ahead.

I believe now is the time to really build a solid team that will do us proud In the future, if we look at The national teams we will see that they are all being coached by Players from the ‘’Golden Generation of 1994’’ . The under 17 Team (The Golden Eaglets) is being Coached by Emanuel Amuneke, The Under 23 Team(The Flying Eagles) is being coached by Samson Siasia and The senior National Team is coached by Sunday Oliseh, I think this is a blessing to our Football, the coaches should forget all differences and see them self as Team mates which they indeed are, they should come together brainstorm together and work together for the good of all. This will facilitate easy transition of the players from the Age cadre to the Senior National Team.
Oliseh should be the one to initiate this and he should try as much as possible to keep His head low so that he can learn quickly, I also think he should engage coaches from the Nigerian Premier Leauge coaches like Kadiri Ihkana, Kelechi Emordi, and all the other coaches so he can get exposed and updates about players he can call into the National Team.
We must also realize that now is the time to build a Great Team because if we look around we will see that we have so many young players doing well all over Europe we have players like Iheanacho, Ighalo, Iwobi, Akpom and a host lot of other players all doing well in The English Premier League, we also have young players playing In Laliga (Spain) Bundesliga(Germany) Ligue one(France) and The Serie A (Italy) so we have no excuse.
We should also note that of recent all our Age group Teams the under 17, under 21, and under 23 have all being doing well.
If we are wise I think this the time to build a Team that will surpass the achievements of the 1994 and 1996 Teams.
I hope Sunday Oliseh will realize this and put his head down to work instead of Ranting
